How do I place a cancellation request on nishmalhotra.com ?
If you wish to cancel your booking, please follow these steps:
• The order can be cancelled within one hour of placing the order. Once the confirmation email is sent and delivered, the order cannot be cancelled.
• If you wish to cancel your order, Kindly email us at [email protected] mentioning your order details and reason for cancellation. We reserve the right to accept or deny the cancellation request.
• Once the cancellation request is accepted, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible.
Note: Cancellation requests can be raised within one hour of placing the order. Once the order is cancelled, we will refund any prepaid amount as per our Return Policy.
Why is the ‘Cancel’ link disabled sometimes?
A disabled ‘Cancel’ link can mean the following things:
• The item has already been shipped by nishmalhotra.com
• The item has a quantity greater than one associated with it
• The item is non-refundable

Why was my payment cancelled?
We regret the inconvenience caused due to the payment cancellation. Your payment may have been cancelled due to any of the following reasons:
• If the product is out of stock or is discontinued
• Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information

How will I get a refund for the order I cancelled or returned?
Once the resolution is set for refund, we will soon move ahead with the refund. Refund will be done by the same method we received the payment in. In case of refunds for orders with Cash on Delivery mode of payment or NEFT mode of payment, your money will be refunded to you via NishMalhotra.com Coupons which can be used at the time of your future purchases with NishMalhotra.com and the coupon will be valid for 6 months from date of issue. The coupon will be sent on your registered email address only.
What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?
• Back to the source – available for orders made by doing online payment. The amount is refunded to the payment mode that was originally used to pay for the order
• NEFT transfer – available for orders made by paying cash or cheque. As per policy, cash refunds are not possible
How long will it take me to receive the refund after I cancelled the booking?
We take anywhere between 7-8 days to complete your refund request. The refund amount will be credited to the same account from where the payment was made.
I’ve still not received the refund in my bank account. Why?
If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request, then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organizations for the same. Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn’t happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will help you.
Can I ask for NEFT refund if I paid through Credit Card/Debit Card/Netbanking?
We are sorry. In case you paid via credit card/debit card/netbanking, the amount will be refunded in the same account as you had made payment from.
